10 seconds to fill the Hydro Booster with chemical and 10 seconds to inject it into the system. No air introduced into the system so no need to bleed air out afterwards.
The only tool that allows you to put maintenance chemicals into any boiler while under pressure and without wasting excess chemical.
Increments are marked on the side of the Hydro Booster in milliliters allowing the injection of the appropriate amount of chemical into the hydronic system you’re working on.
Waterline Pressure Tests to 200psi
Quickly pressurize a waterline system to 200psi. Takes approximately 10 seconds to pressurize 400′ of 3/4″ waterline (depending on how much air is in the system).
Use the included dual check valve to pressurize larger waterline systems. With the dual check valve in place, putting your drill in reverse fills the Hydro Booster and putting your drill in forward injects the water into the waterline job. Continue until you have reached your desired pressure.

The Hydro Booster Dual Check Valve allows for continuous back and forth action with your cordless drill making pressurizing of larger waterline systems quick and easy.
Drill Set To Reverse
With your drill in reverse, the Hydro Booster plunger draws water from your water source (a container of water or a garden hose under city pressure). The dual check valve allows no pressure to be released from the waterline system.
Drill Set to Forward
When the plunger has reached the back of the Hydro Booster labelled “STOP HERE” you switch your drill to forward to push the water into waterline system pressurizing it. The dual check valve allows no pressure to go back into the fill source forcing all pressure into the waterline system.
Clear Plugged Water Heater Drains
Attempting to drain an old water heater and discover its plugged up with sediment? Are you considering pushing a screwdriver in through that ball valve? Siphoning from the top (or pushing in a screw driver) is no longer the best way. Use the Hydro Booster to push a few ounces of water through the blockage and you’ll be all set to drain the tank.
Take The Stress Out Of Messy Jobs
Replacing an old P-trap? Sometimes there isn’t room for a bucket below the trap. Sometimes the p-trap doesn’t have a union. How do you keep the work area clean? Simply insert the siphon attachment to the Hydro Booster and draw the water from inside the old trap before removing it.

Hydro Booster Injector
The Hydro Booster Injector effortlessly creates 200psi of positive or negative pressure by setting your drill to forward or reverse. Its 2″ clear PVC chamber contains a powerful dual o-ring plunger that moves up and down an internal drive rod powered by your cordless drill. The clear body allows you to see the chemical you are injecting, or allows you to pull a sample from a closed loop system and visually inspect it.
Hydro Booster Dual Check Valve
The Hydro Booster Dual Check Valve allows the Hydro Booster Injector to handle large waterline tests or large boiler maintenance jobs. With the Dual Check Valve in place, every time you put your drill in reverse it fills the chamber and every time you set it to forward it injects into the system. You can fill from your bucket or from a garden hose under pressure. The Dual Check Valve is solid brass construction with 2 integral female and 1 male garden hose connector.
12″ Garden Hose
A high quality garden hose that is anti-kink with rugged male and female brass swivel garden connectors. Its the perfect length for connecting to a boiler hose bibb to inject chemicals into the boiler. The milliliter increments along the side of the clear Hydro Booster Injector take into account the volume of this hose for an accurate reading.
Hydro Booster Siphon Adapter
The siphon adapter is a 3/4″ male garden thread to 1/4″ friction fit hose adapter and is made from durable PETG plastic. Connect to the Hydro Booster using the included female garden brass swivel adapter. The included 20″ long x 1/4″ OD PVC vinyl hose is long enough to slide through a kitchen sink strainer down to the p-trap. Putting your drill in reverse pulls all the water out of p-trap making removing the p-trap a much cleaner and drier prospect. Also works great for clearing out PVC condensate traps.
